Dr. Ted Sallis was a humble biochemist doing research in the Florida Everglades. An accident in the swamp transforms him, emerging from the bog forever as the monstrous Man-Thing! This new 1:8-scale statue is inspired by artist Mike Ploog and his classic comic book cover from The Man-Thing #5 "Night of the Laughing Dead" as well as the vintage Power Records book and record set adapting the same story. The limited edition Man-Thing Collector's Gallery Statue has been digitally sculpted, and hand-painted by the amazing artisans of Gentle Giant Studios and every one comes hand numbered with a Certificate of Authenticity.
