Thorn fights to rescue a missing teenager from her kidnapper, and further expose the Dallas PD in the process. In the aftermath, community leader Alton Eldridge pushes for Rosebush Heights be removed from Dallas PD jurisdiction, while Thorn shakes down a corrupt District Attorney. Also, an inconvenient person from Alton's past shows up to cause trouble in the Rosebush.
