Imported from Japan! Tezuka Osamu, the ""father of manga,"" is perhaps best known in the West as the creator of Tetsuwan Atom, better known to Americans as Astro Boy! Some of Osamu's most famous creations join the Tezuka Moderno Labo figure line, spanning his decades-long career. Dr. Ochanomizu first appears in ""Birth of Astro Boy,"" where he rescued Astro from Caccitore's circus. Kind, patient and good-natured, he serves as a mentor for both Astro and Uran, and would willingly give his life for either! Each of these characters has been recreated as 3"" tall PVC figures that capture the unique artistic stylings of Tezuka Osamu, and all come packaged in a clear box.
